Let's not forget the billions of people with disabilities, chronic illness, and those who are suffering. We are looking for hope and laughter amidst an upside down world and society. You can find it here!

Our future vision is to have neurodivergent guests sharing testimonies and stories.
Currently we feature discussions around discipleship and all things faith/church, culture, autism/neurodivergence, and more! This podcast is both entertaining and provides valuable resource connections for enhance your quality of life and those of your loved ones on the spectrum!

Hey, I'm Rebekah!

As a multi-creative, polypreneur Certified Trauma Informed Professional Mental Health Life Coach trained through Light University, on the spectrum advocate, community ministry leader, writer/author, artist, and tech specialist, I enjoy creating spaces and building what we need in this life to succeed in the health and wellness of our whole person.

My husband and I live part time in upstate New York and in the winter months travel for ministry as "R&R Road Warriors". We offer hands on help where we can and where we are sent, hosted by friends, family, and communities.
